He is one of the very few individuals to have successfully:
- Built and managed an international thoroughbred racing and breeding operation across both developed and emerging markets (China Horse Club)
- Led the creation and development of a new national racing industry (Royal Saint Lucia Turf Club)
- Advised on the selection and management of elite racehorses, and bred a Group 1 winner (Lara Antipova, winner of the Group 1 Sistema Stakes)
